• All product prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are subject to change without prior notice.  
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or advance payment, as applicable.  
• Product images are for reference purposes only. Minor variations in color or design may occur due to lighting or screen differences.  

Payment & COD Policy:
• Full Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.  
• To confirm a COD order, a mandatory advance payment of 400/- is required before dispatch.  
• Orders will be processed only after the advance payment is received.  

Shipping & Dispatch:
• Orders are dispatched within the committed timeline after payment confirmation.  
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier partner, or unforeseen circumstances.  
• Mady Enterprises is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or factors beyond our control.  

Cancellation Policy:
• Orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed and processed.  
• Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch under any circumstances.  

Claims & Returns:
• A clear 360° unboxing video is mandatory for any damage, missing, or wrong item claims.  
• The video must be recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.  
• Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
